In general, neither the Managing Partner nor any individuals (third parties) collaborating with him are required to hold an SFC license when deploying their own funds for legal business activities as Principals. They do not act as Dealers, Asset Managers, or Advisors for external parties, nor do they solicit funds for investment or provide recommendations on buying or selling securities. Partnerships will be limited to two individuals (both using their own funds) or entities (utilizing funds from a wholly-owned corporation) for any mutually agreed profitable activities.

There is no promise, guarantee, or implied assurance—whether verbal or written—that any information provided here will result in a profit.

Unorthodox Aggressive Trading Services

I offer my services as a Managing Partner and co-investor, providing an unconventional and aggressive trading approach for a private partnership among entities that utilize their own (non-public) funds in a transparent manner.

I will manage the partnership on a profit-sharing basis.
In the event of no profit, I will share losses in proportion to the capital contributed by each partner.
The bank account will be operated with joint signatures to ensure transparency and accountability.
Equity will be held in custody by Interactive Brokers, Hong Kong, with a mandate to return funds only to the joint signature bank account from which they originated. Unused funds will always remain in the firm's account.
This partnership will be governed by the laws applicable to businesses registered in Hong Kong.

Opportunity Beckons

This presents a passive business opportunity for sophisticated investors—either individuals or those with wholly-owned companies in Hong Kong. Notably, Hong Kong imposes no tax on capital gains.

Additionally, there is an active business opportunity available exclusively for co-investing angel investors in Hong Kong. Partners will have the chance to learn the "tricks of the trade" or so-called "secrets" through observation and analysis.

Moreover, partners can include a family member who can be mentored as a wealth manager by a self-taught financial trader with 38 years of experience.
